FMEA is technique used to identify and eliminate all risk associates with any processes in order to animated rejection and defecation. This technique is also used for risk assessment of quality, environment, health and safety.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES ▪ Explanation of objectives of the processes. ▪ Identification of situation (Risks) which can jeopardize the processes. ▪ The impacts of the Risk. ▪ Identification of Root Causes. ▪ Evaluation of current process control. ▪ Calculation of severity of the risk. ▪ Acceptable limits of the Risk.
